Free Headspace app with 24/7 coaching

Kaiser Permanente members get Headspace at no cost, including live text-based emotional support coaching.

Conditions: For members 13 and older; not all members have access. Text coaching is available for 90 days per year; other Headspace services stay free for the rest of the year. Register through the self-care apps page on kp.org.
