$5 birthday reward ($10 for Tier X2 and X3)

FLX Rewards members get $5 in FLX Cash for their birthday. Tier X2 and Tier X3 members get $10.

Conditions: Free FLX Rewards membership. Add your birth month to your profile. You can claim the reward from your FLX Rewards dashboard from the start of the month before your birth month until the end of your birth month. If you join during your birth month, you can only claim it that month. If you don't claim it in that window, it is removed. Once claimed, it expires after 30 days. Tier X1 (spend $0-$249) gets $5. Tier X2 (spend $250-$499) and Tier X3 (spend $500+) get $10. Apply it at checkout online, or show the reward barcode in store. One birthday reward per year.
