Macy's Star Rewards members, including free Bronze members and Macy's Credit Cardholders, get a birthday surprise during their birth month.
Conditions: Free Bronze membership, or be the primary holder of a Macy's Credit Card. You must have made a purchase at Macy's or macys.com on your account or membership in the past 12 months. Macy's needs your current mailing address, and you must not have opted out of Macy's marketing mail. The value varies by member, a purchase may be required, and you may need to visit a Macy's store to receive it. Once a year, during your birth month.
