Complimentary overseas transit accident insurance when eligible transit fares are paid with the card; insurer terms and conditions apply. For existing HSBC Star Alliance cardholders only: the card is closed to new applicants and can be used for payments until 17 November 2026. Cover ends 1 January 2028, so events on or after that date are not covered.
