$5 birthday voucher for Amcal Rewards members

Amcal Rewards members with a date of birth on file receive a $5 birthday voucher each year, usable at Amcal and Amcal Max pharmacies nationally.

Conditions: Free to join Amcal Rewards (in store or online). Must supply date of birth in the account profile to receive the yearly $5 voucher. Voucher is emailed and can be redeemed in store or online; prescriptions are excluded from the standard points earn (5 points per $1).
