$5 birthday reward
At Hot Topic
Hot Topic Rewards members get a $5 birthday reward by email on the first day of their birthday month.
Conditions: Free to join (ages 13+), at every tier: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Join before the 1st of your birthday month. If you join after the 1st, your first reward comes in your birthday month next year. The reward is valid for 45 days from when it's sent. Use it at any Hot Topic store or at hottopic.com. It must be used in full, so your subtotal needs to be at least $5. Not valid on gift cards, prior purchases, shipping, taxes or donations. Once a year.
