B&N Premium Members get a birthday offer by email for their own birthday, plus a separate birthday offer for each child aged 12 or under listed on their membership profile.
Conditions: Paid Premium Membership ($39.99 a year). Your membership must be active on the first day of your birthday month. Add your birth month and day, and a valid email address, to your profile. For children's offers, add each child's birthday in the Children section of your profile on BN.com. Offers arrive by email once a year.
