At PetSmart
PetSmart Treats Rewards members get a surprise gift for their pet's birthday or Gotcha Day, sent going into the month of that special day.
Conditions: Free to join. Add your pet's birthday or Gotcha Day to your Treats Rewards profile in the PetSmart app or online, before that month starts. The gift arrives by email and also appears in the Offers section of your account. Limit one gift per month. All tiers (Member, Bestie and VIPP) qualify.
