Conditions: Use a RealtyPlus-referred and approved real estate agent; Navy Federal financing is not required. The amount depends on the property value ($9,000 needs a sale of $3 million or more). Cash back is not offered in Iowa, Alaska or Oklahoma or for employer-sponsored relocations. Some states give a gift card, commission credit or commission reduction instead.
