Rewards Access members at Insider, Elite and VIP tiers get a $10 CashPass for their birthday month.
Conditions: Free to join for US residents (50 states and Puerto Rico) aged 18 or older. The entry Member tier does not get the birthday CashPass. To reach Insider, spend $100 in a calendar year at JCPenney or Aéropostale, or hold a JCPenney Credit Card or JCPenney Mastercard. Elite needs $300 a year, and VIP needs $1,000 a year plus a JCPenney card. Add your birthday to your account. Non-cardholders must have earned points in the last 12 months. Cardholders must have used their JCPenney card in the last 12 months and be in good standing. The CashPass arrives around the first day of your birthday month and is valid for at least 45 days. One per account per year; if you join after your birthday, it starts the following year. Any unused balance on a CashPass is forfeited.
